The Swiss-French chocolatier chef Amaury Guichon, who starred in one of the most viewed videos on TikTok in 2022, that of making a giraffe chocolate giant, shared an audiovisual with his followers on social networks in which he recreates the making of his first chocolate sculpture.

Amaury Guichon is a young pastry chef known throughout the world for his amazing cake designs and sculptures of chocolate.

At the age of 14 he began his culinary training. He trained at the École Hôtelière Savoie Leman in Thonon-les-Bains and the Maison Lenôtre in Paris, and perfected his technique at the Wolfisberg bakery in Geneva.

In 2010 the board of the MOF association awarded him the title of Best Apprentice in France and he directed the Lenôtre boutique and school in Cannes. She reached executive chef level at the age of 21 years old.

In 2013 he participated in the France 2 cooking reality series Who will be the next great pastry chef? , being in third place; and in 2014 he moved to the United States to work with Jean-Philippe Maury at the Las Vegas branch of his Patisserie.

In 2016, he began to publish his desserts and chocolate creations on social networks, reaching more than 17 million followers on TikTok and 10 million on Instagram.

From 2021-2022, he served as a judge and guide on Netflix's eight-episode reality series School of Chocolate, a competition in which contestants build chocolate sculptures.
