Cacao Chuao shone in chocolate competition in Asia-Pacific

Japanese houses Green Bean To Bar Chocolate and Sweets Scalier won awards for their Chuao cocoa chocolate bars.

Chuao cocoa, the only one with a denomination of origin in Venezuela, shone in the Awards Asia-Pacific of the International Chocolate Awards.

The Japanese brand of artisan chocolates Green Bean To Bar Chocolate was one of the winners in this competition with its Chuao 70% tablet.

In the Micro-lot category – Natural/Origin Dark Chocolate Bars, it earned bronze.

While the brand Sweets Scalier he added two silvers on this occasion.

One in the category Infused or Aroma Dark Chocolate Bars with its Venezuela Chuao 66% Chocolate with Herbal Tea.

And another in the Ganaches or unflavored dark chocolate truffles category with its Venezuela Chuao 75% chocolate.

The result of the competition, in which the milk chocolate bar from the Thai brand Rila Cacao obtained the highest score, was announced last Saturday, July 8, live in Hong Kong and on Zoom/Facebook.

Likewise, the organization highlights that all the winners of this contest are eligible to enter the 2023 World Final that will be held at the end of the year.
