Ingredients
- 50 grams of dark chocolate (more than 50% cocoa)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry
- 1 egg
- Cocoa powder
Preparation
- Spread the puff pastry on the kitchen table.
- Cut the dough with a knife in the form of long triangles.
- Insert a piece of chocolate at the base of each of the triangles.
- Roll up the triangles, starting at the base, so that the chocolate chip remains inside.
