Fragolate is an artisan ice cream parlor with three stores in Caracas that makes creamy balls of chocolate ice cream made with cocoa from different parts of the country.
At the beginning of 2023, this ice cream parlor launched a creamy chocolate ice cream made with cocoa Choroni 74%.
“The delicacy of a great chocolate. From Choroní with love”, the artisan ice cream parlor published on its Instagram account along with a video in which this freshly prepared ice cream can be seen falling into one of its containers.
In 2021, Fragolate teamed up with Chocolates El Rey and launched two flavors of chocolate ice cream made from dark chocolate bars from the Criollo Centenario 64% Oscuro and Criollo Centenario 70% Oscuro blends.

Vanille & Marille assures that this ice cream is real Venezuelan chocolate made with guaranteed organic quality cocoa that comes from an old family business in Venezuela that grows it on its own farm.
Amalfi is an artisan ice cream parlor with a store in Valencia that makes flavors inspired by Italian ice cream recipes with chocolate made with Venezuelan cocoa.
And although hazelnut cream is one of its main ingredients that unites with chocolate made with a high percentage of cocoa, here you can find one made with only 100% cocoa chocolate.
Poppa is an artisan ice cream parlor with a store in Valencia that among its flavors stands out the chocolate made with Venezuelan cocoa.

Cacao en Broma is a chocolate shop based in Madrid, Spain, which works exclusively with Venezuelan cocoa to make its products, including chocolates, tablets and ice cream.
One of his most recent creations was a mucilage-flavored ice cream with a 70% cocoa chocolate topping.
The mucilage is the sweet and sour pulp that covers the beans of the cocoa pods that changes color according to the variety of the cocoa fruit.
