This recipe, which we took from Nestlé Savoy's Chocolate for All book, will surely delight the little ones during these school holidays.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Nestlé heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa liquor
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 Savoy Familiar chocolate tablets
- 15 grams of butter
- 45 marshmellows
Preparation
- In a saucepan, heat the milk cream with the cocoa liqueur, salt and pepper.
- Place the chocolate in a container and add the hot cream. Let sit for two minutes and stir to dissolve the chocolate.
- Add the butter and stir until melted.
- Pour the mixture into the fondue pot, making sure to keep the chocolate warm while eating.
- Serve with the marshmellows.
