Amaury Guichon, 31, is a French-Swiss pastry chef known for his cake designs and chocolate sculptures.
In 2005, at the age of 14, he began his culinary training at the École Hôtelière Savoie Leman in Thonon-les-Bains and taking part in local competitions. She perfected her pastry through a job at the Wolfisberg bakery in Geneva.
