Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 150 grams of flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 pinch of bicarbonate of soda
- 25 grams of butter
- 1 and a half deciliter of warm milk
For the cocoa cream
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 80 grams of butter
- 100 grams of icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
Process:
In a glass container, beat the sugar with the honey, the cocoa and the ½ teaspoon of baking soda for five minutes.
Then you must dissolve the flour in the warm milk and gradually incorporate it into the previous mixture, stirring well so that no lumps form.
Grease a round mold with butter and fill it with the dough.
Cook the paste in the oven at a moderate temperature for ½ hour.
